RingOut | Fails if Originating Number is Blocked
When you attempt to perform a RingOut from your RingCentral Online Account, you may receive a pop up error, Alert. We are sorry to inform you that you cannot proceed caused by an internal error.
This happens when the originating number is in your Blocked Calls list.
RingOut from RingCentral Online Account.
Make sure that the number you will use for RingOut is NOT in your Blocked Call list.
1. Log In to your RingCentral Account.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Screening, Greetings, and Hold Music.
4. Click Blocked Calls.
5. Look for the number that you want to use to call via RingOut and click Delete to remove that number from your Blocked Call List.
6. Click Save.
