By default, your Company Business Hours is set to 24 Hours. You can
set up your Company Business Hours so you can control how calls are handled during the day or after your business hours.
During
Company Hours, you can set up an extension to receive all incoming calls. This is helpful when you need a live person to take all the incoming calls and have that live operator to manually transfer the calls to the correct extension or call group.
During
After Hours, you can set up an extension, like a General Mailbox, to receive all incoming calls and take the messages.

Administrator to perform the steps below.
Step 1:

On the
Admin Portal page, select
Phone System. 
Step 3:
Go to
Auto-Receptionist and click
IVR Settings.

Step 4:
Click
Edit under
Company Hours and Greetings.

Step 5:
Select
Bypass greeting to go to extension and click
Select Extension.

Step 5:
Choose the extension where you want to route your calls during your
Company Hours and then, click
Done.

Click
Done on the Company Hours Greeting prompt.

Click
Save.
NOTE: When company calls are routed directly to an extension, the
Company Greeting will be bypassed and the call handling rules of the extension where the calls are routed will be applied.
Select
Bypass greeting to go to extension and click
Select Extension.
Step 5:
Choose the extension where you want to route your calls during your Company Hours and then, click Done.

Click
Done on the After Hours Greeting prompt.

Click
Save.
NOTE: When company calls are routed directly to an extension, the
Company Greeting will be bypassed, and the call handling rules of the extension where the calls are routed will be applied.
