For Existing Users
1. If you are signed in RingCentral App (Glip) via glip.com or Desktop, you will see an announcement that your Administrator has enabled the phone and SMS features for your account. Click on the restart link to enable.

2. After restart, RingCentral App (Glip) will advise you to confirm your emergency address to enable outbound phone calls. Click Confirm address to proceed.
3. On a pop-up screen, you will be asked to confirm or update the address of your physical location. This address helps ensure emergency response teams can locate you in the case of emergency. You can click Edit to update your address. Click CONFIRM once done.

For First-time Users
1. If this is your first time to log in to RingCentral App (Glip) via glip.com or Desktop, click Set up your phone.

2. Click CONTINUE.
3. The next screen will ask you to confirm or update the address of your physical location. This address helps ensure emergency response teams can locate you in the case of emergency. An Edit button is provided to update the Address. Click CONFIRM once done.

4. Setup is complete. Click OK to close the pop-up screen.
