Pulse - Overview | RingCentral Contact Center

RingCentral Contact Center equips Contact Center supervisors and managers with monitoring and reporting tools. Regular widgets monitoring requires constant attention that chains the supervisor to his desk. With Pulse for Contact Center, supervisors and managers may get notifications anytime anywhere. Pulse is a perfect supplement to existing Contact Center reporting and monitoring capabilities. 

NOTE: Pulse is available only for RingCentral Contact Center clients.

The RingCentral Pulse for Contact Center application provides an opportunity for the Contact Center supervisor and managers to receive immediate notifications in RingCentral App (Glip) about events in their Contact Center that require their active involvement to maintain high performance and excellent quality of service.

Pulse delivers Alerts via the RingCentral App (Glip) team messaging and collaboration tool. Alert notification is triggered when Alert conditions specified in the Pulse administration interface are met.

Pulse uses a RingCentral App (Glip) bot to deliver notifications into RingCentral App (Glip) teams and personal messages. 

Pulse usage prerequisites:

● You have access to RingCentral Office.
● Pulse is enabled on your RC account
● You have access to RingCentral Contact Center.
● You have access to RingCentral App (Glip).
