RingCentral Phone - Not responding to Plantronics Audio Device button commands
i. Plantronics integration must be enabled on the RingCentral Phone Settings.
1. On the RingCentral Phone, click on the Settings.
2. Click Sound.
3. Make sure the toggle button is turned ON or enabled on Plantronics headset.
ii. Plantronics Hub must be installed and running in your computer.
• Check if it is installed.
For Mac: Go to Finder > Applications.
For Windows 7: Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
For Windows 8 and 10: Go to Control Panel > Uninstall or change a program.
