Updating the Credit Card Information for your RingCentral service can be done through the RingCentral Online Account. Major Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express can be used.
NOTE: You need to be an account Administrator to perform this action.
Go to Admin Portal
, and then click Billing
Click Payment Method
, and then click Edit Payment Method
Fill-out the Payment Method form
with the updated information, and then click Save
.IMPORTANT: Make sure that you enter the correct credit card information. In case you fail to enter the correct information twice, Contact Support for assistance. Avoid to make more than 5 attempts to prevent your account from being disabled. You may also contact your issuing bank to verify your billing address and all other relevant card information.
