SummaryThis article provides instructions for administrators or call queue managers on how to set up or customize the call queue greeting.

1. Login to your RingCentral online account.
2. Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Groups > Call Queues
3. Select the Call Queue that you wish to modify.
4. Go to Greeting & Hold Music.
5. Select either Business Hours or After Hours, then tick the checkbox to enable Call Queue Greeting.
6. Click Edit to change the default greeting.

7. Select Custom in the Set Greeting drop-down list. You have various options to customize the call queue greeting. See Methods to Customize a Greeting for more details.

8. Click Done, then Save.
